A quick snapshot of what you may want to know about Molts Lighting.
1. Where do you ship?
Currently we offer free shipping to mainland UK, if you are international please contact us via the contact form and we will happily speak to you further about international shipping.
2. How do you deliver your products?
Where we can we will deliver directly to you from the supplier / designer, you will receive your invoice separately via email. When we deliver to you we will try to keep the packaging to a minimum, we will use brown paper and eco tape.
3. How long does delivery take?
We work with various suppliers and designers, some of which are handmade to order so delivery times vary. Please check on the product description for an idea of delivery times.
4. What happens if an item is faulty?
If your item is faulty we will happily replace it or refund you, please let us know within 3 days of receipt of your goods.
5. What if I change my mind?
If you have second thoughts that’s fine, please let us know within 7 days of making your order. If it hasn’t already been dispatched then you can cancel it, if the order has already been dispatched you can return it to us within 27 days. You will need to pay for the return postage and arrange for appropriate parcel tracking. Once we have received the goods back and checked that they are in the original packaging and unused we will arrange for a refund.
Please note, all hand made or made to order products are non-refundable, if they are faulty please read the number 4 above.

7. Discount Codes
Discount codes are subject to change, once the code has expired the code will be unusable. Keep your eye on our instagram and facebook page for discount codes and offers.
